Easol launches AI helpers to find missed festival sales

Selling a festival pass does not mean every booking opportunity has been noticed. Easol, a London company providing booking and payment software for festivals and other experiences, has launched Teammates, AI helpers that work inside its platform. It says $30 million in new financing, including $10 million available to borrow, supported their development.

In one example, Easol says a helper spotted ski-festival pass holders who had not rented equipment, assembled a list, and prepared messages to them. The company values that opportunity at about $50,000. Its pitch is that small organizing teams can use information they already hold to find overlooked business. The ski-festival example describes potential revenue, however, rather than completed sales.
